Supersize Me
The movie Supersize Me was a very factual movie about fast food and what it does to your body. Watching this movie made me want to laugh but on the other hand it was really disturbing how it could kill you. I think that watching this movie made an impact on how I eat fast food and how much I eat of it. I liked this movie and I think people should accept this movie because it shows the truth about eating fast food and why our population is so dependent on eating this food. I think that this was a very truthful movie about what happened to him when he was eating this food but for some people, they eat fast food but they also exercise or take vitamins so he took the role of no exercise and not taking any vitamins to try and keep his body healthy. I have looked up the reviews for this movie and have found a lot of different reviews with different views. A lot of people say that, “it is about time that we start to realize how unhealthy we really are.” Some people think that this movie is a waste of time because they think of someone who eats McDonalds for 30 days straight would never happen in real life. This movie showed many Americans how fast food can be so unhealthy and how it can ruin your body. People have made changes in what they eat and how they exercise from what they have seen of this movie. I think people should start to make more movies about these kinds of healthy things to understand what people are doing to their bodies and how they are so unhealthy when they don’t even know it. This movie can help a lot of people even if they don’t think they can change.
