Why do human beings seek knowledge?

2.) Why do human beings seek knowledge?

Sarah Rodriguez.

Why do human beings seek knowledge? From my experience it has been shown to me that people seek knowledge for the sake of wanting a good life. People go to a good private high school or college to get a good education to get a good job when they grow up. Human beings seek knowledge for comfort of going in a good direction when they start to get older. Knowledge is something you can obtain on yourself. You don’t have the want or desire to learn or seek knowledge, and then you don’t fulfill that need. You don’t tell your self you want to learn, want to find a good education, and want to know how things work. We make decisions in life that contain seeking knowledge or not. We attend high school and college for that need. I think human beings seek knowledge because it will give them a “good” feeling inside that they are reaching out for something that life is about. It depends how you take in knowledge, you can want to understand it or you cannot want to take in this knowledge. People take it in more depths than other people do.
The main reason people feel the need to seek knowledge is because of how they are going to live their life and what it takes to get there. Someone who is hardworking and determined in his or her studies wants to seek knowledge. They want to absorb this knowledge so when they grow up, they will have a job, a house, money to spend on their kids, and a life. I think that once you are deeply engaged in learning and finding things out, you want to know other things souring the things you already know. There will always be things to learn. Knowledge is like a unsolved maze. You will constantly keep taking in this knowledge and when you keep taking this in, you become able to become a lot more interested with the life souring you. If you decided that you don’t want to seek knowledge, you become less interested and therefore when you are taught something, you don’t remember or you don’t want to understand what is happening. Knowledge is a key goal in life. It is something you can achieve and it will get you far.
Knowledge leads to personal experience. When you experience something, you want to seek more knowledge about what you are involved in. Especially finding a subject you are interested in, you want to keep learning and learning about this subject and why you are so interested in it. I believe the more you know about things you don’t particularly like, it becomes more open and you can defend on why you don’t like or not. Knowledge is all about wanting to learn and wanting to find out how the world and how people work.
